跨境电商背景下粤港澳大湾区高职英语人才的培养

Exploration on the Cultivation of Vocational English Talents in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area under the Background of Cross-border E-commerce

近年来,粤港澳大湾区的跨境电子商务发展迅速,随之对商务英语人才提出了新的要求。文章从跨境电商的行业发展现状及人才需求出发,分析当前英语专业人才培养存在的问题,对英语专业人才培养模式进行了探索,从加大教学投入、明确培养目标、加强校企合作、建设师资队伍等方面提出相应的对策,希望能为促进粤港澳大湾区的跨境电商英语人才培养提供参考。

In recent years,the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao has put forward new requirements for business English talents.Based on the current situation of cross-border e-commerce industry development and talent demand,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current training of English professionals,explores the training mode of English professionals,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of increasing teaching investment,clarifying training objectives,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,and building teachers,hoping to provide reference for promoting the training of cross-border e-commerce English talents in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.
