摘要
我国对幼教关注程度的日渐提高,对学前教育提出了更高层次的要求,学生职业能力的提升显得尤为重要。“三孩政策”的落地,学前教育专业迎来新发展,但是高校应审视现阶段学前教育专业中存在的病垢,多维度解读学前专业学生应具备的能力,从培养学生的职业信念感、制定人才培养方案、加强实践教学训练、积极开展理论+实践竞赛活动、加强园校之间合作五方面入手探究学生职业能力提升的具体路径,为学前教育的高质量发展筑牢基础。
The increasing degree of attention to preschool education in China puts forward higher-level requirements for preschool education,and the improvement of students’vocational ability is particularly important."Three-child policy"landing,preschool education major in new development,but universities should examine the existing in preschool education scale,multi-dimensional interpretation of preschool students should have the ability,from cultivating students’professional faith,develop talent training plan,strengthen practice teaching training,actively carry out theory+practice competition,strengthen cooperation between five aspects to explore students’professional ability path,lay a solid foundation for the high quality development of preschool education.
