摘要
高职院校承担着培养创新型人才的重要使命,而校企合作是培养创新人才的有效途径。文章分析了校企合作培养创新型人才的优势,针对校企合作培养创新型人才存在的问题,提出了校企合作培养创新型人的有效路径:构建校企命运共同体,打造高水平创新教学团队,健全完善科技创新机制,改革创新人才培养模式。
Higher vocational colleges undertake the important mission of cultivating innovative talents,and school enterprise cooperation is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents.This paper analyzes the advantages of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative talents.And in view of the problems existing in school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative talents,it puts forward the effective path of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative talents:building a community of school enterprise destiny,building a high-level innovative teaching team,perfecting the scientific and technological innovation mechanism,and reforming the training mode of innovative talents.
