陕西地方高校混合式教学存在的问题及优化路径

Problems and Optimization Path of Hybrid Teaching in Shaanxi Local Colleges and Universities

随着网络和多媒体技术的不断发展以及疫情的促动,越来越多的高校使用了混合式教学组织形式进行教学。为了解地方高校混合式教学的现状,笔者以陕西地方高校为调查对象,调研分析了当前陕西地方高校混合式教学存在的突出特点和问题。基于问题分析,本文提出了陕西地方高校混合式教学的优化路径:规范混合式教学管理制度;完善混合式教学反馈机制;实行循序渐进的混合式教学改革发展方案;建立混合式教学实施过程要素分析评价方法。

With the continuous development of network and multimedia technology and the promotion of the epidemic,more and more colleges and universities use hybrid teaching organization forms for teaching.In order to understand the current situation of mixed teaching in local colleges and universities,the author takes Shaanxi local colleges and universities as the investigation object,investigates and analyzes the prominent characteristics and problems of mixed teaching in Shaanxi local colleges and universities.Based on the problem analysis,this paper puts forward the optimization path of mixed teaching in Shaanxi local colleges and universities:standardizing the mixed teaching management system;Improve the mixed teaching feedback mechanism;Implement the step-by-step mixed teaching reform and development plan;Establish the analysis and evaluation method of elements in the implementation process of hybrid teaching.
