科技社团促进科技经济融合的过程机制研究——基于浙江省科学技术协会的纵向案例分析

Study on Process Mechanism of Science and Technology Association Promoting the Integration of Science,Technology and Economy——Based on the Longitudinal Case Analysis of Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology

科技社团是联系服务科技人才的纽带,是联通政产学研的有效制度设置,为科技价值和经济价值的融合提供了重要支撑。本研究基于角色理论,以浙江省科学技术协会为研究对象,基于“角色行为动机—角色实践过程—角色互构结果”的分析框架,探讨科技社团如何实现角色跃迁,促进科技经济深度融合。研究发现,科技社团在科技经济融合场域中过程机制的形成遵循“参与者—推动者—引导者”的逻辑路线,服务科技经济融合发展过程呈现“常态对接—协同联动—跨界融合”的动态演化规律。

Science and technology association is a platform to gather and serve for science and technology researchers.It effectively connects governments,industries,universities and research institutes,and provides important support for the integration of science and technology value and economic value.Based on the role theory,this study focused on Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology and was based on the analysis framework of"role behavioral motivation-role practice process-role mutual construction result",discussed how science and technology associations realize role transition and promote the deep integration of science and technology with economy.It was found that the formation of process mechanism of science and technology associations in science and technology economic integration follows the logical route of"participant-pusher-guider",and the process of serving science and technology economic integration presents a dynamic evolution featuring"normal docking-collaborative linkage-cross-border integration".
