基于学生发展理论的理工科博士教育培养研究——以2021届Z大学博士生为例

摘要 理工科博士生教育是国家科学、技术、工程人才培养的关键环节。基于学生发展理论,以理工科博士生的个人发展为主线,对近千名对象调研发现:理工科博士教育具有课题研究投入精力较大、导师沟通交流不足、课程满意度低、缺乏职业规划引导等特征;理学与工学博士在项目投入与学术成果产出方面存在差异;就业诉求多为专业相关岗位的特征。高校需对学生攻博动机正确引导,完善培养工作细节,根据学科特点科学制定产出要求,并就博士生的职业发展做好规划引导工作。 Doctoral education in science and technology is a key link in the cultivation of national science,technology and engineering talents.Based on the theory of student development and the personal development of doctoral students in science and technology,the research on nearly 1,000 subjects found that:doctoral education in science and technology is characterized by high investment of energy in subject research,insufficient communication with supervisors,low satisfaction with courses,and lack of career planning guidance;there are differences in project investment and academic output between doctoral students in science and engineering;and employment demands are mostly characterized by professional-related positions.Universities need to guide students'motivation to pursue doctoral studies,improve the details of cultivation,scientifically set output requirements according to the characteristics of disciplines,and do a good job in planning and guiding the career development of doctoral students.
