1998~2019年我国应急管理研究热点分析——基于文献题录信息统计分析工具(SATI)的文献计量分析

Analysis on the Research Hotspot of Emergency Management in China——Literature Review Based on SATI

我国改革开放以来各类自然灾害和社会风险的多发严重影响了社会和经济的可持续发展,应急管理逐渐成为公共管理研究的热门领域。通过搜集南京大学核心期刊目录(CSSCI期刊)相关文献数据,使用文献题录信息统计分析工具(Statistical Analysis Toolkit for Informetrics,SATI)对1998~2019年国内应急管理研究热点、关键词和发表的刊物等进行了分析。研究发现:当前自然灾害的应对机制和基层社区的防灾减灾是应急管理领域的重点议题;随着我国应急管理体系的完善,应急管理制度建设、政府理念变化和大数据减灾成为学者们关注的新方向。未来应当注重在研究方法上的创新,借鉴国外经验进而增加实证分析研究,以在应急管理领域内拓展更多的研究议题。

Since the reform and opening up,various natural and social risks have seriously affected the sustainable development of society and economy.Emergency management has become a hot area of public management research.Based on the literature of CSSCI Journals from 1998 to 2019,this paper analyzes the research hotspot,key words and journals of emergency management with the help of SATI bibliometrics tool.It is found that:the current response mechanism of natural disasters,disaster prevention and mitigation of grassroots communities are the important research contents of relevant research;with the improvement of the emergency management system,the institutional system of emergency management,the change of government concept and big data disaster reduction have become the new direction of scholars.In the future,we should pay attention to the innovation of research methods,learn from foreign experience and increase empirical analysis and expand more research topics in the field of emergency management.
