摘要
建筑作为与工业、交通并行的重要节能领域越来越得到政府和社会的广泛关注。实有建筑面积作为客观反映建筑规模的一类数据,其数据的准确性直接影响到建筑节能潜力测算、节能目标确定、节能任务分解和节能量考核等工作的精准推进。我国现行统计制度对民用建筑实有建筑面积这一数据没有直接进行统计,数据获取方法尚未规范。本文将从现行统计数据出发,根据递推法、人均推算法、倒推法等多种方法来计算我国民用建筑实有建筑面积数据,为建筑能耗监测、建筑节能等相关研究提供数据支撑。
As an important energy-saving field parallel to industry and transportation,architecture has attracted more and more attention from the government and society.The actual building area is a type of data that objectively reflects the scale of the building.The accuracy of its data directly affects the accurate progress of the calculation of building energy-saving potential,the determination of energy-saving targets,the decomposition of energy-saving tasks,and the assessment of energy-saving amounts.Current statistical system does not directly count the actual floor area of civil buildings,and the data acquisition method has not yet been standardized.This article will start from the current statistical data and calculate the actual building area data of civil buildings in my country according to various methods such as recursion method,per capita calculation method,and reverse method,so as to provide data support for building energy consumption monitoring,building energy efficiency and other related research.
