摘要
随着地上空间日益拥挤,地下综合体的修建不断增多。地下综合体本身涉及专业多、设计难度大,同时经常与市政管廊和地铁线路交汇,外部环境复杂。BIM技术不仅能实现建筑物内部的多专业协同工作,还能将拟建建筑与周边环境整合,提高建筑物与建筑物之间的协调程度。本文制定了BIM技术在地下综合体设计阶段应用的技术路线,阐述了应用流程和具体工作内容,并通过实际项目验证了该技术路线的合理性,有利于BIM技术在地下综合体的应用深化。
As the space on the ground becomes increasingly crowded,the construction of underground complexes continues to increase. The underground complex itself involves many professions and is difficult to design. At the same time, it often meets with municipal pipe corridors and subway lines, so the external environment is complicated. BIM technology can not only achieve multi-disciplinary collaborative work within the building,but also integrate the proposed building with the surrounding environment to improve the coordination between buildings. A technical route for BIM applied in the design stage of underground complex is formulated,the application process and specific work content are expounded,and the feasibility of the technical route is verified through actual projects. This paper will be beneficial to the deepening application of BIM technology in underground complex.
