摘要
BIM具有可视化、协调性、优化性、智能性、模拟性和可出图性等多种优点,应用BIM进行全寿命周期的项目管控,解决设计、建造、运营一体化同步过程,能在房地产企业管理层级、各环节中带来巨大的应用价值。基于此,研究建筑工程设计管理如何发展应用BIM技术,对BIM技术在工程设计中的具体应用展开分析,明确其在各阶段中的应用特性和方法,为BIM技术提供一些借鉴和参考。
BIM has many advantages such as visualization,coordination,optimization,intelligence,simulation,and plotability.BIM is used for project management and control throughout the life cycle,solving the integrated synchronization process of design,construction,and operation.The management level and various links bring huge application value.Based on this,study how to develop and apply BIM technology in construction engineering design management,analyze the specific application of BIM technology in engineering design,clarify its application characteristics and methods in various stages,and provide some reference and reference for BIM technology.
