装配式建筑发展与现存问题研究

Research on Development of Prefabricated Buildings and Existing Problems-reject and Resubmit

通过阐述装配式建筑特点、与传统建筑的区别等,结合政策支持、技术标准、产业管理和工程成本四个方面分析现阶段我国所面临的困难及相对应的解决方案,得到以下研究结论:从保障性住房等规模大、质量要求不高的工程着手,同时在大型建筑的局部结构中应用装配式构件,可以作为推广装配式建筑的一个突破口;应用政府完善优化政策法规、发展本土特色的装配式建筑成套集成结构体系、推动产业间协调配合、建立PC构件生产基地等解决方案,逐步解决装配式建筑发展过程中所面临的问题;装配式建筑运用绿色材料、绿色技术和设备,已成为我国绿色建筑发展的重要组成部分。

By expounding the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the differences with traditional buildings,combined with policy support,technical standards,industrial management and engineering costs,we analyze the difficulties faced by China and the corresponding solutions at the present stage,and obtain the following conclusions.Starting from projects with large scale and low quality requirements such as affordable housing,and applying assembly in the local structure of large buildings,it can be used as a breakthrough for promoting assembly buildings.Applying the government’s solutions to improve the policies and regulations,develop the integrated structure of the assembly-type building integrated structure,promote coordination among industries,establish a PC component production base,and gradually solve the problems faced in the development of fabricated buildings.The use of green materials,green technologies and equipment in prefabricated buildings has become an important part of the development of green buildings in China.
