武康老城区是承载德清县文化底蕴的重要街区,其规划及《德清县中心城区城西单元(ZX-12)武康老城区控制性详细规划》编制以更新老城、完善配套服务设施为重点,通过整合各类用地、挖掘文化底蕴、构建配套场景、营造品质空间、科学制定指标体系等规划策略,实现区块的有机更新与人文承载。
Wukang Old District is an important district with rich cultural heritage.Its planning and the establishment of the regulatory detailed plan focus on upgrading old district and improving the supporting services and facilities.By integrating all kinds of land use,excavating cultural details,constructing supporting scenes,building quality space,and scientifically establishing index system,the organic renewal and human bearing of the blocks can be realized.
