随着信息化技术的不断发展,如何运用信息化手段对大量、分散的排水设施进行有效管理,降低运营成本,释放人工劳动力,提升设施运营效率成为排水和城市管理的重要议题。深圳市宝安区基于一张图平台、大工单中心等技术支撑,依托Web端+移动端混合架构模式,建设宝安排水设施运营数字化管理平台,全面提升了排水设施管养水平和管理效率。对深圳市宝安概况、平台总体设计、平台建设内容与成果、特色与价值分别进行阐述,旨在为城市排水设施运营管理提供相关参考。

With the gradual development of information technology,how to make use of information technology tools to effectively manage the various,geographically distributed drainage facilities and reduce the cost of maintenance and human labor as well as improve the efficiency has become an important issue in drainage and sewage treatment and city management.Supported by the OneMap Platform of GISINFO,Issue Tracking System and other technologies,based on the combined architecture mode of Web and Mobile,Shenzhen Bao’an Drainage Co.,LTD has developed the Digital Maintenance and Management Platform of Bao’an Drainage Facilities to comprehensively improve the level and efficiency with regard to drainage facilities.The paper provides an introduction of Shenzhen Bao’an Drainage Co.,LTD and describes the general framework,various functions and application data,as well as the features and value of the platform,aiming to provide guidance for the maintenance and management of drainage facilities in cities,promoting coordinated development of drainage works and boosting the success of pollution control and water quality improvement.
