摘要
主要分析了华龙一号机组核电厂健康管理与智能运维系统(AHM)在重要厂用水泵上的应用,包括重要厂用水泵实现在线健康监测与故障诊断的总体技术方案、重要厂用水泵AHM系统功能及技术指标,对重要厂用水泵实现状态监测、故障预警、故障诊断、健康状态评估、维修辅助决策和剩余寿命预测六大功能的技术方案进行了分析,并提出核电厂健康管理与智能运维技术在重要厂用水系统中的应用展望。
In this paper,the application of AI-health management and maintenance system(AHM)for essential service water pumps in HPR1000 nuclear power plant is analyzed.Based on typical faults,the measuring points are configured and the overall technical scheme is constructed.The system functions and technical indicators of condition monitoring,fault early warning,fault diagnosis,health status assessment,maintenance assistant decision and residual life prediction for the pump is designed.Finally,the possibility of application such as corrosion protection and energy consumption analysis in essential service water system is proposed.
