摘要
以微气泡臭氧氧化后的污泥为研究对象,考察了不同无机絮凝剂的预混凝效果,并确定了其最佳投加量;以最优条件下预浓缩后的污泥为研究对象,考察了14种PAM对污泥脱水性能的影响并确定了其最佳投加量。结果表明无机絮凝剂Al2(SO4)3和FeCl3对污泥的预浓缩效果较好,Al2(SO4)3投加量为100kg/tDS预浓缩效果最佳。PAM a(线性、中相对分子质量、阳离子度4%)和PAM g(线性、高相对分子质量、阳离子度19%)对污泥脱水性能的提高最优,PAM g(线性、高相对分子质量、阳离子度19%)投加量为2.5kg/tDS时,污泥脱水性能最佳。
Sludge concentration and dewatering are important means of sludge reduction,which directly affects sludge disposal.Taking the sludge treated by microbubble ozonation as research object,this study investigated sludge coagulation characteristics by using inorganic coagulants.Taking the microbubble ozoned sludge treated by inorganic coagulants as research object,the different influences between 14 PAMs were investigated.The results showed that Al2(SO4)3 and FeCl3 are the best and the optimal additive quantity is 100kg[Al2(SO4)3]/tDS.Furthermore,a(Linear,Medium molecular weight,Cationic degree of 4%)and g(Linear,High molecular weight,Cationic degree of 19%)are the best and the optimalt additive quantity is 2.5kg(g)/tDS.
