青龙河地下污水处理厂自控仪表设计 被引量:2

摘要 临沂市青龙河污水处理厂位于临沂市中心,为全地埋式污水处理厂,日处理水量3万m3/d;采用AAO、高效沉淀池和转盘滤池工艺。考虑到地下污水处理厂可靠性要求高,故采用全自动化控制,整套系统采用西门子S400系列PLC,视频监控,安防系统和工业控制系统通过光纤环网连接。鼓风机、转盘滤池、脱水机房和加药间一体化PLC设备通过光纤方式与工业控制系统主控PLC形成下级光纤环网。控制考虑现场点动,画面点动以及PLC自动控制;设备调试采用单点动,组点动,以及联调方式。整套系统实现了污水处理厂全自动化进出水控制以及加药曝气的自动投切,同时考虑点位增加预留接口。 Located in the center of Linyi city,Qinglong River Wastewater Plant is an all buried sewage plant with a daily treatment capacity of 30000 m~3/d.It adopts AAO,high-efficiency sedimentation tank and rotary filter process.Considering the high reliability requirements of the underground sewage plant,the full automatic control is adopted.The whole system adopts Siemens S400 series PLC,video monitoring,security system and industrial control system connected through optical fiber ring network.The integrated PLC equipment of blower,rotary filter,dehydration machine room and dosing room forms a lower level optical fiber ring network with the main control PLC of industrial control system through optical fiber mode.The field electric control,picture inching and PLC automatic control shall be considered for the control;single inching,group inching and joint commissioning shall be adopted for equipment commissioning.The whole system realizes the automatic control of water in and out and the automatic switch of dosing aeration.At the same time,the reserved interface shall be added at the point.
