西部县域城市有机更新实践及建议研究——基于成渝双城经济圈建设背景

Research on Practice and Suggestion of Organic Renewal of Western County-level Cities:Based on the Background of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle Construction

县城的有机更新相对于大城市的城市更新而言有其差异性和特殊性。通过分析相关政策并总结开江县实践经验,发现在县城有机更新实践中,存在协同成本高、规划难度高、资金筹措难、后期维护难等问题,然后提出以人为本、科学规划、多元融资、社区治理为原则的县域城市更新建议。

Compared with the urban renewal of big cities,the organic renewal of county towns has its differences and particularities.This paper analyzes the relevant policies and summarizes the practical experience of Kaijiang county,finds that some problems in the practice of organic renewal of county towns,such as high cost of coordination,high difficulty in planning,difficulty in raising funds and difficulty in later maintenance.Then,puts forward the county urban renewal suggestions based on the principles of people-oriented,scientific planning,diversified financing and community governance.
