基于AHP-熵权法的建筑幕墙成本分析及对策研究

Cost Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Building Curtain Wall Based on AHP-Entropy Method

通过分析影响建筑幕墙成本的因素,建立涵盖前期准备阶段、设计阶段、生产阶段、运输阶段和施工阶段5类26项指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法计算权重系数。基于AHP-熵权法组合权重结果,机械运输费(0.41)、工人工资(0.318)、生产规模(0.36)、施工机械费(0.275)和材料费用(0.25)是影响建筑幕墙成本的关键,并就此给出针对性的建议,对幕墙企业成本控制有一定的参考价值。

Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the cost of building curtain wall,this paper establishes the index system covering the early preparation stage,design stage,production stage,transportation stage and construction stage,uses analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy weight method to calculate the weight coefficient.Based on the combined weight results of AHP-entropy weight method,mechanical transportation cost(0.41),worker’s salary(0.318),production scale(0.36),construction machinery cost(0.275)and material cost(0.25)are the key factors affecting the cost of building curtain wall,and gives targeted suggestions on this.
