摘要 近几年,SMW工法三轴水泥土搅拌工艺在建筑基坑围护施工中应用得越发广泛,为验证该工艺的实际应用效果,文章结合某建筑基坑项目对SMW工法三轴水泥土搅拌工艺展开深入分析。该建筑基坑项目的场地属湖沼平原Ⅰ-1区地貌类型,土层主要为粉质黏土,且基坑场地四周邻近既有建筑及城市主干道,施工难度大。为避免基坑施工中对既有建筑及城市主干道造成不良影响,并提高基坑的稳定性,经专家论证及综合分析后拟定采取SMW工法三轴水泥土搅拌工艺进行基坑围护,最终取得了预期的施工目标。此研究旨在为类似基坑项目围护施工积累经验。 In recent years,SMW triaxial soil-cement mixing process has been more and more widely used in the construction of building foundation pit enclosure.In order to verify the actual application effect of this technology,the paper conducts in-depth analysis on the SMW triaxial soil-cement mixing technology in combination with a building foundation pit project.The site of the building foundation pit project belongs to the landform type of the lake plain I-1 area.The soil layer is mainly silty clay,and the foundation pit site is adjacent to the existing buildings and urban trunk roads,so the construction is difficult.In order to avoid adverse effects on the existing buildings and urban trunk roads during the construction of the foundation pit,and to improve the stability of the foundation pit,after expert demonstration and comprehensive analysis,it is proposed to adopt the SMW triaxial soil-cement mixing process for the foundation pit enclosure,which finally achieved the expected construction goals.The purpose of this paper is to accumulate experience for the enclosure construction of similar foundation pit projects.
