摘要
BIM技术是指建筑信息模型技术,其特点是数字化、协同化与可视化,对于提高项目工程效率、推动高校建筑数字化具有重要价值。项目以重庆人文科技学院第八教学楼慧思楼为例,探讨如何运用BIM技术促进校园数字化建设、数字化维护。使用Revit与广联达软件对慧思楼的给排水、机电、建筑板块、结构与施工模拟进行了数据模型构建。
BIM technology refers to building information model technology, which is characterized by digitalization, collaboration and visualization, and is of great value for improving the efficiency of projects process and promoting the digitalization of university buildings. The project takes Huisi Building, the eighth teaching building of Chongqing University of Humanities and Technology as an example to discuss how to use BIM technology to promote the digital construction and digital maintenance of the campus. The data model of water supply and drainage, electromechanical, building blocks, structure and construction simulation of Huisi Building was built with Revit and Guanglianda software.
