摘要
碳纤维增强复合材料已成为21世纪产品轻量化的主流材料,其模压成型工艺逐渐被批量及大批量生产所应用,产品成型质量被应用端所关注。文中主要介绍目前碳纤维增强复合材料模压成型过程的常见质量预测方法,包括试验法及有限元模拟仿真;重点详述了通过有限元模拟仿真方面的最新进展,为产品模压成型质量预测提供方向和参考;简要讨论当前复合材料变形与残余应力预测的主要发展方向。
Carbon fiber reinforced composites have become the mainstream material for product light-weighting in the 21 st century.Its compression molding process is gradually being used in mass and mass production,and the quality of product molding is concerned by the application side.This article mainly introduces the common quality prediction methods of the current carbon fiber reinforced composite material compression molding process,including test methods and finite element simulation.It focuses on the latest progress in finite element simulation and provides direction and reference for product compression molding quality prediction.Briefly discuss the main development directions of current composite material deformation and residual stress prediction.
