摘要
近年来,随着创业分流和外部环境的变化,众创空间如何配置核心资源,选择适合的运营模式,实现差异化发展成为现实难题。基于此,文章依据资源基础理论,沿着"资源-战略-绩效"的逻辑框架,梳理众创空间的核心资源,基于对无锡38家众创空间的案例调查数据,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探寻众创空间核心资源配置的有效路径。研究发现,众创空间存在基础设施、产业链资源、龙头企业资源、金融资源、运营团队能力五大核心资源,可以形成四种合理有效路径。运营主体应结合自身核心资源现状,选择垂直产业型、联合办公型、企业平台型或投资孵化型的核心资源配置运营模式。
In recent years,with the change of entrepreneurship and external environment,it has become a real problem how to realize the differential development of many homogenous operation maker spaces and choose the appropriate operation mode.Based on this,according to the resource-based theory,along the logical framework of"resource strategy performance",this paper combs the core resources of maker space,combined with the survey data of 38 cases of maker space in Wuxi,and uses the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis to explore the suitable operation and development mode of maker space with different core resources.It is found that there are five core resources in the maker space,including infrastructure,industrial chain resources,core enterprise resources,financial resources and operational team capabilities,which can be combined into four suitable and effective operation schemes.It is proposed that maker space with different core resources can follow the vertical industrial type,joint office type,enterprise platform type and investment incubation type according to its own core resource status development of operation mode.
