纤维增强钢复合板剪力墙力学性能研究

摘要 为了提升钢板剪力墙的力学性能,文中主要对不同纤维粘贴方式下纤维复合板剪力墙的拉伸、压缩及弯曲性能进行研究。结果表明,与纯钢板相比,水平纤维钢板的极限拉伸荷载、极限压缩荷载以及极限弯曲荷载分别增加32.5%、43.3%及67.8%。垂直纤维钢板与纯高强钢板的刚度值基本一致,而水平纤维钢板的拉伸刚度较纯高强钢板高21.5%,压缩刚度较纯高强钢板高27.2%,弯曲刚度较纯高强钢板高114.3%,耗散能能量为38.2 kJ。与钢板墙相比,水平纤维增强钢复合板剪力墙耗散能力提升16.3%,初始刚度提升14.6%。 In order to improve the mechanical properties of steel plate shear walls,the tensile,compressive and bending properties of fiber composite plate shear walls under different fiber paste methods were studied.The results show that the ultimate tensile load,ultimate compressive load and ultimate bending load of horizontal fiber steel plate increase by 32.5%,43.3%and 67.8%,respectively,compared with pure steel plate.The stiffness values of vertical fiber steel plate and pure high-strength steel plate are basically the same,while the tensile stiffness of horizontal fiber steel plate is 21.5%higher than that of pure high-strength steel plate,the compression stiffness is 27.2%higher than that of pure high-strength steel plate,and the bending stiffness is 114.3%higher than that of pure high-strength steel plate.Energy consumption is 38.2 kJ;Compared with steel plate wall,the dissipation capacity of horizontal fiber reinforced steel composite plate shear wall is increased by 16.3%and the initial stiffness is increased by 14.6%.
