基础性抗荷高效训练方案对飞行学员心境状态和个性特征的影响 被引量:3

Effect of basic anti-gravity fitness efficient training program on mood states and personality traits of flight cadets

摘要 目的现代军事飞行人员需要有强大的抗荷能力,抗荷心理是抗荷能力的重要方面。该研究以某飞行学院的学员为研究对象,探究基础性抗荷高效训练方案对学员心境状态和个性特征的干预效果。方法在干预前、干预6周及干预12周后对飞行学员进行问卷测试,包括简式心境状态(POMS)量表、青年学生自信问卷(YSCI)、敢为性人格测验和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)。结果对干预前和干预后的测试结果进行比较,结果显示,试验组自尊分数显著提高(P<0.001),心境失调总分差异无统计学意义;对照组自尊分数差异无统计学意义,心境失调总分显著提高(P=0.001);自信、敢为性和心理弹性组间差异无统计学意义。结论基础性抗荷高效训练方案对飞行学员有积极的心理效益,可帮助学员缓解和减轻不良情绪,保持情绪稳定。 Objective To explore the effect of the basic anti-G training program on mood states and personality traits of flight cadets.Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted among flight cadets before interventions(0 week),6 weeks and 12 weeks after interventions,involving the profile of mood states(POMS),youth self-confidence inventory(YSCI),social boldness test,and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC).Results After interventions,self-esteem was significantly improved in the test group(P<0.001),and there was no significant difference in the total scores of mood disturbance.In the control group,there was no significant difference in scores of self-esteem,but the total score of mood disturbance was significantly improved(P=0.001).There were no differences in self-confidence,boldness or psychological resilience between the two groups.Conclusion The basic anti-G training program is of positive psychological benefits for flight cadets by helping cadets to alleviate and reduce bad moods and maintain stable moods.
