摘要
为提高士官的学习动力与学习效果,通过阐述学习动力的概念与规律、士官教与学管理的关系,分析弱约束条件下影响士官学员动力内在与外在因素,并从军事职业教育课程内容体系、情境化、游戏化、学习环境、组织管理、激励制度机制等6个方面,提出增强士官军事职业教育学习动力的对策。
In order to improve the learning motivation and learning effect of NCO cadets,this paper firstly expounds the concept and law of learning motivation,the relationship between teaching and learning management of the cadets.Then,it analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the learning motivation of the cadets under weak constraints.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the learning motivation of military vocational education of NCO from following six aspects:curriculum content system,contextualization,gamification,learning environment,organizational management,and incentive system and mechanism.
