新形势下金融支持新疆丝绸之路经济带核心区高质量发展的思考

Reflections on Financial Support for the High-Quality Development of the Core Area of the Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Beltin the New Situation

伴随“一带一路”建设的持续推进,新疆丝绸之路经济带核心区枢纽地位愈发凸显。本文聚焦金融支持核心区建设,通过梳理核心区建设的发展历程,明确金融工作的目标任务。结合国内外政治经济形势,分析面临的机遇与挑战,提出金融应当发挥要素资源配置作用,推动地区经济高质量发展,助力新疆融入新发展格局;应当合理配置丝路沿线金融资源、推动丝路沿线各国加强金融合作、促进资金融通,支持“一带一路”建设。

Along with“The Belt and Road”construction continues to promote,Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt core area position is increasingly prominent.This paper focuses on financial support for the construction of the core areas and clarifies the objectives and tasks of financial work by sorting out the development process of core area construction.By combining the domestic and international political and economic situation and analyzing the opportunities and challenges we faced,this paper proposes that financial should play the role of factor resource allocation to promote the high-quality regional economy development and help Xinjiang integrate into the new dev elopment paradigm.It should reasonably allocate financial resources along the Silk Road,promote financial cooperation among countries along the Silk Road and promote financial integration to support the construction of“The Belt and Road”.
