自然地理与资源环境专业人才培养方案的调研与启示

本文以桂林理工大学自然地理与资源环境专业人才培养方案为研究对象,人才培养方案的修订和执行是高校人才培养的基础、核心工作,也是人才培养质量的重要保障。为贯彻落实桂林理工大学2019版人才培养方案制修订工作,为使我专业人才培养工作更好地服务于社会和地方经济发展,使人才培养方案更切合人才培养目标,适应人才市场需要的变化,进一步明确专业发展定位和促进专业建设的持续健康发展。通过网上和实地走访相关企业、行业、知名院校及同类院校深入开展了专业调研,结合调研反馈信息,深刻反思存在的问题并及时完善,为使新一轮人才培养方案更切合人才培养目标,适应人才市场需要的变化,进一步明确专业发展定位和促进专业建设的持续健康发展,优化人才培养方案,从而提高人才培养的质量。

In guilin university of technology,natural geography and resources environment professional talent training scheme as the research object,revision and execution of the talent training scheme is the basis of the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,the core work,also is the important guarantee of the talent training quality.For the implementation of the guilin university of technology,2019 version of the talent training scheme and revising work,in order to make my professional personnel training work to better serve the society and the local economic development,make the talents training goal of the project of talent fostering more relevant and adapt to the changing of the talent market need further clarify professional development positioning and promote the sustained and healthy development of the specialty construction.Through Internet and field visit related enterprise,industry,well-known colleges and universities and the similar colleges and universities to conduct a professional research,combined with the research of feedback information,profound reflection on the problems existing in and improve in time,in order to make a new round of the talents training goal of the project of talent fostering more relevant and adapt to the changing of the talent market need further professional development clearly positioning and promote the sustained and healthy development of the specialty construction,optimizing the talent training scheme,so as to improve the quality of personnel training.
