新能源材料与器件专业实施本科生导师制的思考——以苏州大学能源学院为例

本科生导师制的实施是我国高等教育大众化背景下教育改革的需要,有利于提高学生的主观能动性和培养学生的创新实践能力,有助于加强教师队伍建设。笔者结合自身在苏州大学能源学院的教学经历,对新能源材料与器件专业实施本科生导师制的方法、意义和存在的问题进行了论述,以期对提升高校新能源材料与器件专业人才培养质量有所帮助。

The implementation of the undergraduate tutoring system is essential for educational reform in the context of the popularization of higher education in China.It is beneficial to improve students’subjective initiative and cultivate students’innovative practice ability,as well as contribute to strengthening the construction of teachers.The author combines her teaching experience in the school of energy in Suzhou University,discusses the methods,significance and existing problems of the undergraduate tutorial system applied in the major of the new energy materials and devices.This paper could provide experience and reference to improve the quality of the higher education.
