摘要
默会知识以潜移默化的方式影响着教师的教学行为和教学策略,对提高师范生的教学实践能力具有不可忽略的作用。本文基于默会知识视域,对默会知识进行详细阐述,重点讨论了在教师实践领域尤其是教育实习中默会知识的关键作用,并针对性地提出了教育实习环节如何利用默会知识实现教师自身专业发展的相关建议和方法策略,为教育教学提供了一种新视角,同时强调了持续在这一领域进行研究的必要性。
Tacit knowledge affects teachers'teaching behaviors and teaching strategies in a subtle way,and plays an important role in improving the teaching practice ability of normal students.Based on the perspective of tacit knowledge,this paper elaborates tacit knowledge,focuses on the key role of tacit knowledge in the field of teacher practice,especially in educational practice,and puts forward relevant suggestions and methods and strategies on how to use tacit knowledge in educational practice to achieve teachers'professional development,providing a new perspective for education and teaching.At the same time,the necessity of continuous research in this field is emphasized.
