摘要
选取玉米秸秆、鸡粪,经亚硫酸盐法(Sulfite pretreatment to overcome recalcitrance of lignocelluloses,SPORL)处理后的玉米秸秆和鸡粪制备的有机肥分别进行土壤培养试验,研究各处理对土壤腐殖质各组分和土壤养分的影响,并采用修正的内梅罗综合指数法(Nemerow index)计算得到土壤肥力指数(IFI),对土壤的肥力进行综合评价,为SPORL法对农业废弃物预处理后的固体产物,在土壤培肥方面的可利用性及其对土壤肥力的影响,提供理论指导和相关的数据支持。结果表明:土壤中添加经SPORL法预处理后的玉米秸秆和鸡粪制备的有机肥进行培养后,可以明显提高土壤中可提取腐殖质碳、腐殖质各组分的碳、有机质、全氮及碱解氮含量,且经SPORL法处理的鸡粪有机肥对土壤腐殖质、全氮、碱解氮含量的增加高于经SPORL法处理的玉米秸秆;各处理对土壤速效钾、有效磷含量影响的表现分别为鸡粪(CM)>玉米秸秆(MS)>鸡粪固体产物(SCM)>玉米秸秆固体产物(SMS)>对照(ck)、MS>CM>SMS>SCM>ck。内梅罗综合指数法对添加不同处理进行培养后的土壤肥力进行评价后,结果可得出不同处理之间土壤肥力综合指数排名为SCM=CM>SMS>MS>ck。玉米秸秆和鸡粪经SPORL法处理后制备的有机肥对土壤肥力水平有促进作用。
Maize straw,chicken manure,organic fertilizer prepared by SPORL-treated maize straw and chicken manure were selected for soil culture experiment,mainly to study the effects of each treatment on soil humus components and soil nutrients.Soil fertility index was calculated using the modified Nemerow index method to comprehensively evaluate soil fertility,so as to provide theoretical guidance and relevant data support for the availability of solid products after pretreatment of agricultural wastes in soil fertility and their impact on soil fertility by SPORL method.The results showed that the contents of extractable humus carbon,humus components carbon,organic matter,total nitrogen and alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen in soil could be significantly increased by adding organic fertilizer prepared from maize straw and chicken manure pretreated by SPORL method.The increase of soil humus,total nitrogen and alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen contents of chicken manure organic fertilizer treated by SPORL method was higher than that of SPORL-treated maize straw.The effects of each treatment on the contents of soil available potassium and available phosphorus were as follows:CM>MS>SCM>SMS>ck and MS>CM>SMS>SCM>ck.The Nemerow index method was used to evaluate the soil fertility after adding different treatments.The results showed that the comprehensive index ranking of soil fertility among different treatments was SCM=CM>SMS>MS>ck.The organic fertilizers prepared from maize straw and chicken manure by SPORL treatment can promote the level of soil fertility.
