摘要
新冠疫情在全球范围内的蔓延进一步凸显了建立一个国内统一市场的重要性。通过对2001-2018年五大城市群内部与城市群之间市场分割水平的测度和比较,发现城市群内部市场分割水平逐渐下降,不同行政区划所带来的边界效应逐渐减弱,但城市群之间市场分割水平较高,提出我国产品市场一体化正从以省界为界限的地区性市场向以城市群为界限的区域性市场演进。对各城市群内部市场分割影响因素的实证分析结果表明,政府干预和地区市场规模的提升是各城市群市场一体化水平提升的主要动力,对外开放对市场一体化的助推作用不明显,以上因素对五大城市群市场分割的影响也存在显著差异。
As COVID-19 spreads around the globe,the importance of establishing a unified domestic market has become increasingly prominent.Through the measurement and comparison of the market segmentation level between and in the five urban agglomerations in 2001-2018,It is found that the level of market segmentation in urban agglomeration is gradually declining,The boundary effect of different administrative divisions is gradually weakening,But the market segmentation between urban agglomerations is high,It is suggested that the integration of product market in China is evolving from the regional market with provincial boundary as the boundary to the regional market with urban agglomeration as the boundary.The empirical analysis of the factors affecting market segmentation in urban agglomerations shows that,Government intervention and the upgrading of regional market scale are the main driving forces for the improvement of the level of market integration in urban agglomerations,Opening to the outside world has little effect on the market integration,The above factors also have significant differences in the market segmentation of the five major urban agglomerations.
