改革开放制度变革特征与经济思想发展转型辨析

An Analysis on the Characteristics of Institutional Changes of Reform and Opening up and the Transformation of Economic Thoughts Development

中国经济思想发展历程在改革开放后的40余年间经历了几次发展转型。这种发展转型既体现了经济社会发展特别是改革开放社会实践对经济思想的影响,也反映了中国经济思想学术形态的发展演进在相当程度上受制度、政策的引致。本文根据制度变迁演进轨迹,将中国改革开放历程划分为4个阶段:改革开放准备阶段(1978—1983年),有计划商品经济体制改革阶段(1984—1991年),建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制改革阶段(1992—2011年),全面深化改革加快完善社会主义市场经济体制改革阶段(2012年以来);并根据这一线索对各时期经济思想发展转型作出概述。

The development process of Chinese economic thoughts experienced several development transtions more than 40 years ago after the reform and opening up.This development transformation not only reflects the influence of economic and social development,especially the social practice of reform and opening up on economic thoughts,but also presents that the development and evolution of Chinese economic thoughts is bounded by systems and policies to a considerable extent.According to the evolutionary trajectory of institutional changes,China’s reform and opening up process can be divided into four stages:the preparatory stage for reform and opening up(1978-1983);the stage of the reform of planned commodity economic system(1984-1991);the stage of establishing and improving the socialist market economic system(1992-2011);the stage of the reform of comprehensively deepening reform and of the reform accelerating the improvement of socialist market economic system(since 2012).Based on this clue,the article outlines the development and transformation of economic thoughts in each period.
