选煤厂煤泥综合利用技术及应用研究

Comprehensive utilization technology and application of coal slime in coal preparation plant

随着神东煤炭集团原煤入选率增大,原煤产量不断提高,作为选煤副产品的煤泥产量也随之增加。目前神东煤炭集团选煤厂煤泥的处理方式主要是将煤泥与选后产品一同混合销售,降低了产品质量及分选加工效果。随着原煤入选量增加,煤泥产量不断增大,煤泥处置问题突出。介绍了神东煤炭煤泥综合利用情况,分别论述了煤泥制浆、煤泥成型、煤泥低温干馏和煤泥气化技术的应用,以期为我国煤炭行业煤泥综合利用提供参考。

As Shendong coal group increases the rate of raw coal washing,the output of raw coal,as a by-product of coal preparation-coal slurry output also increases.At present,the main way of coal slime treatment in Shendong Coal Group coal preparation plant is to mix the coal slime with the products after coal preparation,which reduces the quality of the products and the effect of coal washing.This method can be used if the coal slurry yield is low or the fine coal is not washed.But with the increase of the coal slurry yield,the problem of coal slurry disposal becomes more and more serious.This paper first introduced the comprehensive utilization of coal slime in Shendong,and then introduced the application of coal slime pulping,coal slime molding,coal slime low temperature dry distillation and coal slime gasification.It is hoped to provide reference for comprehensive utilization of coal slime in coal industry in China.
