石圪台选煤厂煤泥水处理实践

Practice of slime water treatment in Shigetai coal preparation plant

分析石圪台选煤厂在煤泥水处理方面存在的问题,并针对存在问题,通过煤泥减量、改善煤泥沉降效果、提升煤泥处理设备效果和改善煤泥质量等,提出了一整套适应于石圪台选煤厂煤泥处理的方案,切实解决煤泥水系统存在的问题,保证了原煤入选率的提升和选煤厂的正常运转。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the treatment of slime water in Shigetai coal preparation plant,and in view of the existing problems,through the research and analysis on the reduction of slime,the improvement of slime settlement effect,the improvement of slime treatment equipment effect and the improvement of slime quality,this paper puts forward a set of coal slime treatment scheme which is suitable for Shigetai coal preparation plant,solves the problems existing in coal slime water system,and ensures the increase of raw coal washing rate and the normal operation of the coal preparation plant.
