Interaction and Value Creation:A Study on the Integrated Development of Ice and Snow Tourism and Rural Tourism

在厘定冰雪旅游与乡村旅游融合发展价值内涵基础上,梳理归纳出在系统规划、运营机制、资源利用上所面临的现实挑战,进而确定了以科学性、前瞻性与可操作性为理念的实践路向,从而使实施冰雪旅游与乡村旅游融合发展的开发者、建设者和参与者共同受益。这对进一步增强乡村居民主体地位、乡村文化自信心和乡村文化活力,以及提高自我传习、保护和发展冰雪旅游及民族文化的自觉动力等方面具有重要的现实与社会效益。

On the basis of determining the connotation of the value of the integrated development of ice and snow tourism and rural tourism,this study sums up the practical challenges faced in system planning,operation mechanism and resource utilization,and then determines the practical direction based on the concept of science,foresight and maneuverability,so as to benefit the developers,builders and participants who implement the integrated development of ice and snow tourism and rural tourism,which has important practical and social benefits to further enhance the dominant status of rural residents,rural cultural self-confidence and rural cultural vitality,as well as to improve self-transmission,protection and development of ice and snow tourism and national culture.
