产业结构变迁视域下我国奶业发展规律探究——兼析我国奶业结构的阶段性特征

The Exploration of the Economic Development Law of China’s Dairy Industry from the Perspective of Industrial Structure Evolution——With an analysis of the phased characteristics of China's dairy industry structure

分析奶业结构变迁、探究奶业经济发展规律,对全面推进奶业振兴和高质量发展具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。通过梳理相关文献,结合产业结构演变规律,沿着奶业“从小到大—从弱到强”发展脉络,构建“约束条件—战略要求”的动态分析框架,并通过对改革开放以来我国奶业结构变迁历程的考察,着重刻画其呈现出的五个阶段及其演变特征,揭示了当前我国奶业遵循着新质生产力的演进方向,通过技术革命性突破,引领奶业创新、生产要素创新性配置优化资源,形成产业深度转型升级的新质结构特征。由此,为推动我国奶业高质量发展和全面提质升级,应根据消费需求调整奶业结构,提升品牌竞争力;依托科技创新提高生产效率与产品质量;奶业发展须符合国家战略,推动产业现代化;实现市场与政府的有效配合,优化资源配置,共同促进奶业高质量发展。

Analyzing the transformation of the dairy industry structure and exploring the laws of dairy economic development are of significant theoretical and practical value for comprehensively promoting the revitalization and high-quality de-velopment of the dairy industry.By reviewing relevant literature and integrating the laws of industrial structure evolution,a dynamic analysis framework of“constraints-strategic requirements”is constructed,following the developmental context of the dairy industry from“small to large—from weak to strong.”Through an examination of the changes in China’s dairy industry structure since the reform and opening up,this study particularly delineates five stages and their characteristics,revealing that the current Chinese dairy industry is evolving in the direction of new quality productive forces.It is leading dairy innovation and optimizing the allocation of resources through revolutionary technological breakthroughs,forming new qualitative struc-tural features of deep industrial transformation and upgrading.Therefore,to promote high-quality development and compre-hensive upgrading of China's dairy industry,it is necessary to adjust the dairy industry structure according to consumer demand,enhance brand competitiveness;rely on scientific and technological innovation to improve production efficiency and product quality;ensure that dairy development aligns with national strategies to promote industrial modernization;and achieve effective coordination between the market and the government to optimize resource allocation and jointly promote the highquality development of the dairy industry.
