摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,对食品质量要求越来越高,冷链物流安全评价逐步成为保障生鲜农产品安全性的重要环节之一。本文针对生鲜农产品安全性,以冷链物流安全评价为研究对象,通过对冷链物流作业流程的系统分析,设计生鲜农产品冷链物流安全评价指标体系。本文以某生鲜农产品冷链物流公司为例,运用指标体系和评价模型进行评价,发现将总突变级数值转化为综合总突变级数值后,消除突变级数法值过大的弊端,得到更符合实际情况的值。基于改进的突变模型对冷链物流安全性的优化和改进具有指导意义。
With the improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for food quality are getting higher and higher.The safety evaluation of cold chain logistics has gradually become one of the important links to ensure the safety of fresh agricultural products.In this paper,fresh agricultural product safety,cold chain logistics safety evaluation as the research object,through the cold chain logistics operation process of systematic analysis,design fresh agricultural product cold chain logistics safety evaluation index system.This paper takes a fresh agricultural cold chain logistics company as an example,uses the index system and evaluation model to evaluate,and finds that after converting the total mutation level value into the comprehensive total mutation level value,the disadvantage of the mutation level method value is eliminated,and the value more in line with the actual situation is obtained.This paper concludes that the improved mutation model is of guiding significance to the optimization and improvement of cold chain logistics security.
