摘要
本文通过分析北京师范大学与北京大学35篇以教育政策为研究主题的博士论文,试图解释教育政策研究范式的结构及其意义。研究认为教育政策研究内容、研究视角、研究方法论以及研究立场构成教育政策研究范式的结构。"变革"和"治理"是教育政策研究的两大主题;教育政策研究存在制度主义与政策过程两种视角;理性主义和建构主义是教育政策研究的方法论基础;教育政策研究存在以完善体制为目的的政府立场、以资源配置为基础的市场立场以及以理想价值追求为目标的学术立场。对教育政策研究范式结构的具体分析,有利于把握教育政策研究内容的代际变迁,更加关注实践中的教育政策。
This paper tries to explore paradigm’s tructure of research on education policy and its importance through analyzing 35 doctoral dissertations focusing on education policy from Beijing Normal University and Peking University.This paper holds the points that the paradigm of research on education policy consists of the content,perspectives,methodology and standpoint.Revolution and governance are the main content of research on education policy;the researchers do their researches from the perspectives of institutionalism and policy process;the basic methodology of research on education policy can be rationalism and constructionism;and there can be three standpoints:government stance aimed at improving the system,market stance based on resource allocation,academic stance aimed at pursuing ideal value.The study on paradigm’s structure of research on education policy grasp the change of content of education policy research,put more attention to education policy in practice.
