摘要
超高层建筑钢结构安装技术存在诸多的技术难点,以济南云鼎大厦为研究载体,主楼的结构形式采用框架—筒体结构,内筒采用钢筋混凝土筒体,外框采用钢管混凝土柱+钢框架梁+钢架桁架压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板,结构平面形状为长短边间隔的八边形,且沿建筑高度方向,八边形长边短板相互转换,自然形成双曲表面。通过不规则钢构件加工组装技术、超厚板件焊接关键技术、焊接H型钢免清根全熔透埋弧焊技术、复杂钢结构的虚拟预拼装技术等设计加工技术,保证了八面渐变超高层钢结构施工,为后续类似项目提供宝贵的借鉴经验,从而为超高层的快速发展做出贡献。
There are many technical difficulties in the steel structure installation technology of super high-rise buildings.Taking Jinan Yunding Building as the research carrier,the structure of the main building adopts the frame-barrel structure,the inner barrel adopts the reinforced concrete cylinder,the outer frame adopts the concrete filled steel tube column+steel frame beam+steel frame truss compression plate and concrete composite floor,and the structure plane shape is octagon with short and short side intervals.And along the height of the building,the long side of the octagon and the short board convert to each other,naturally forming a hyperbolic surface.Through the design and processing technologies such as the processing and assembly technology of irregular steel components,the key technology of welding of ultra-thick plate parts,the full penetration submerged arc welding technology of welded H-beam steel with no clear stem,and the virtual preassembly technology of complex steel structures,the construction of eight-side gradual super high-rise steel structure is ensured,which provides valuable reference experience for subsequent similar projects,and thus contributes to the rapid development of super high-rise buildings.
