摘要
本工程位于南京市玄武区,为采用圆钢管混凝土柱框架结构体系、且具有四项不规则的超限高层建筑,建筑主要功能为商业。本文主要介绍了该项目工程概况、结构布置、超限情况和对应的抗震设计性能目标,并对结构进行了多遇地震作用下的弹性分析、罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析和楼板应力专项分析。分析结果表明:结构能够满足抗震性能设计目标要求,结构强度和刚度指标满足设计要求;结构塑性铰主要出现在框架梁端部和框架柱柱脚部位,满足“强柱弱梁”的设计要求;进入塑性后,结构耗能能够有效降低基底剪力,框架梁、柱损伤可控;设防地震作用下,楼板应力均较小,楼板能够有效传递地震作用。总体来说,本结构能够实现预期的性能目标,结构方案基本可行。
The building is located in Xuanwu District,Nanjing.It adopts circular concrete-filled steel tubular column frame structure system,which is an overrun high-rise building with four irregularities.The main function of the building is commerce.This paper introduces the general situation of the project,the structure layout,the over-limit situation and the target of performance-based seismic design.Elastic analysis of the structure under frequent earthquakes and the elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes and floor stress analysis are carried out in this paper.The analysis results show that the structure has good seismic performance,and the calculation indexes basically meet the requirements of current codes and regulations.The structural plastic hinge mainly appears at the beam end and column foot,which meets the design requirements of"strong column and weak beam".After entering plasticity,the energy dissipation of structure can effectively reduce the base shear force of the structure,and the damage of frame beam and column can be controlled.Under the action of fortification earthquake,the floor stress is small,and the floor can effectively transmit the earthquake force.In general,the structure is able to achieve the expected performance goals and the structural scheme is feasible.
