快速拼接的装配式箱型铝合金桥梁结构研究

摘要 创新发明了快速拼接的装配式箱型铝合金桥梁结构形式,实现了承载结构的化整为零和拼零为整。单梁段由顶板、底板和腹板通过销棒组合而成,单梁段纵向拼接后施加纵向预应力形成承载梁整体,单梁段顶底板和腹板均设有企口键用以保证梁段拼接嵌固。单件最大重量能控制在125kg以内,具有拼接简单,可操作性强的特点;数值计算证明快速拼接的装配式箱型铝合金桥梁能满足强度和刚度的要求,结构主体应力能控制在允许范围之内,活荷载挠度控制在跨径的1/200之内,结构体系是科学合理的;屈曲稳定分析表明,结构能满足整体和局部稳定;结构自振频率成功避开了3.0~4.5Hz这一敏感区域,结构动力特性满足要求。 Innovated and invented a fabricated box type aluminum alloy bridge structure with rapid splicing,realizing the integration of the bearing structure into parts and the integration of parts.The single beam section is composed of a top plate,a bottom plate,and a web plate,which are combined by pin bars.After the single beam section is longitudinally spliced,longitudinal prestress is applied to form a bearing beam as a whole.The top,bottom,and web plates of the single beam section are equipped with tongue and groove keys to ensure the splicing and embedding of the beam section.The maximum weight of a single piece can be controlled within 125 kg,featuring simple splicing and strong operability;The numerical calculation proves that the assembled box type aluminum alloy bridge with quick splicing can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness,the main stress of the structure can be controlled within the allowable range,and the live load deflection can be controlled within 1/200 of the span.The structural system is scientific and reasonable;Buckling stability analysis shows that the structure can satisfy both global and local stability;The natural frequency of the structure successfully avoids the sensitive region of 3.0~4.5 Hz,and the dynamic characteristics of the structure meet the requirements.
