摘要
为了探究大跨度钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板脱模吊装阶段吊点合理布置问题,本文对大跨度叠合板脱模吊装阶段进行了有限元分析。以典型轴跨7500、7800、8100以及8400mm为基础,根据《装配式混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ1-2014)和《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2010)中关于叠合板脱模吊装阶段的验算准则,运用ABAQUS对不同板宽及板厚的大跨度叠合板进行了有限元分析。讨论了叠合板预制底板最外侧吊点悬挑长度L_(b)、底板宽度b、吊绳与预制底板板面水平夹角α、底板板厚以及钢筋桁架高度对叠合板预制底板板面与板底最大拉应力σ_(1max)、σ_(2max)的影响。经分析计算,得到了典型轴跨下大跨度叠合板脱模吊装阶段吊点的合理布置情况。
In order to study the reasonable layout of lifting points in stripping and hoisting of long-span steel truss concrete composite slabs,the finite element analysis of the stage of stripping and hoisting of long-span composite slabs is carried out in this paper.Based on typical grids spans that 7500mm,7800mm,8100mm and 8400mm,according to the checking calculation criteria in “Technical specification for precast concrete structures”(jgj 1-2014) and “code for design of concrete structures”(GB50010-2010) for the stripping and hoisting stage of laminated plates,the finite element analysis of long-span composite plates with different width and thickness is carried out by using ABAQUS.The effects of overhanging length of the outermost suspension point of the prefabricated bottom plate of the laminated slab,prefabricated bottom plate width,horizontal angle between lifting rope and prefabricated bottom plate,thickness of bottom plate and height of steel truss on the maximum tensile stresses σ_(1max)and σ_(2max)of the surface and bottom of precast composite slabs are discussed.Through analysis and calculation,the reasonable layout of lifting points of long-span composite plates in the stage of stripping and hoisting under typical axle span is obtained.
