摘要
地热能是一种极具竞争力的可再生能源,能源桩将换热管埋置于建(构)筑物桩基中,形成浅层地热开发利用中的一级回路系统,承载上部荷载的同时充当暖通系统的换热器。在国家“碳达峰、碳中和”战略下,推广应用能源桩技术能够有效降低碳排放。近些年来,随着国内大型基础设施的兴建,超长大直径桩被不断应用。尤其是大型LNG储罐基础桩长常常能达到50m以上,将超长桩改造成换热器对开发浅层地热非常有利。但国内外超长能源桩的机理研究和工程应用还相对匮乏,因此有必要加强对超长能源桩研究和科技攻关。本篇文章介绍了能源桩技术并进行了文献综述,并基于实际工程项目分析了芜湖LNG储罐工程超长大直径能源桩系统的可行性、可靠性和经济性。本篇文章的研究成果将为后续实际应用和类似工程提供技术依据和参考。
Geothermal energy is supposed to be a very competitive renewable energy source, energy pile is a kind of ground source heat pump technology which buried heat exchanger in the foundation pile that used to support the buildings. Under the national strategy of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”, the promotion and application of energy pile technology can effectively reduce carbon emissions. In recent years, with the construction of large-scale infrastructure in China, super-long piles have been applied continuously. Especially large LNG storage tank foundation pile length can often reach 50m or more, It is very beneficial to develop shallow geothermal energy by transforming super long pile into heat exchanger. However, the mechanism research and engineering application of super-long energy piles are still relatively scarce, so it is necessary to strengthen the research and scientific research of super-long energy piles. This paper introduces the energy pile technology and makes a literature review, and the feasibility, reliability and economy of the super-long energy pile system based on Wuhu LNG storage tank project was also carried out. The results of this paper will provide technical basis and reference for subsequent practical application and similar projects.
