摘要
抗浮板基础设计中基础内力的计算和配筋结果对保障工程质量和成本控制十分重要。针对当前设计时采用的工程设计软件不统一,且参数设置多依赖于工程师经验,导致计算结果存着差异的问题,以位于高水位地区的某实际地下室工程为例,探究了PKPM与YJK两款结构设计软件在抗浮板基础设计中基础内力和配筋结果的差异。采用PKPM和YJK两款软件基础模块的“弹性地基”有限元计算方法(PKPM-JCCAD基础模块、YJK-F基础模块),对地下室基础工程进行结构分析,剖析了两款软件基础模块内计算参数“最大值”、“平均值”、“网格划分”、“板元变厚度区域的边界弯矩磨平处理设计参数”和“柱底峰值弯矩考虑柱宽折减系数”是造成基础内力和配筋结果差异的主要原因。在此基础上,探讨解决的办法,提出适合PKPM与YJK两款结构设计软件基础模块中抗浮板基础设计的合理实用计算参数,为结构工程师采用不同结构设计软件进行抗浮板基础设计选择参数时提供参考。
The calculation of internal forces and the results of reinforcement are very important to guarantee the engineering quality and cost control in the design of slab against uplift foundations. Due to the fact that the current structural design software used in engineering calculation is not unified, and the parameter settings mostly depends on the experience of engineers, the calculation results are always different. In view of this problem, an actual basement project located in a high-water level area is taken as an example to explore the difference in the results of internal forces and reinforcement for slab against uplift foundation obtained from the two structure design software of PKPM and YJK. In this paper, the finite element calculation method of “elastic foundation” of PKPM and YJK software foundation modules(PKPM-JCCAD foundation module and YJK-F foundation module) are used to analyze the structure of basement foundation engineering. The main reasons for the difference in the results of foundation internal forces and reinforcement are analyzed by the calculation parameters of “maximum value”, “average value”, “meshing”, “boundary bending moment grinding design parameters of plate element variable thickness area” and “column bottom peak bending moment considering column width reduction coefficient” in the two software foundation modules. Finally, the solution is discussed, and the reasonable and practical calculation parameters suitable for the design of slab against uplift foundations in the foundation modules of PKPM and YJK structural design software are proposed. This article provides reference for structural engineers to select design parameters by using different structural design software for slab against uplift foundation design.
