摘要
为研究带悬臂梁段梁柱连接节点在不同连接形式下的力学性能,对4种带悬臂梁段不同连接形式节点进行静力及拟静力有限元分析,分析节点的承载能力、重要路径的应力分布、破坏形态、滞回曲线、耗能能力、骨架曲线以及刚度退化等。研究结果表明:带悬臂梁段嵌入式节点连接可靠,具有一定的承载力和较好的耗能能力;在单调荷载作用下,加强型带悬臂梁段嵌入式节点承载力最大,传统带悬臂梁段对接式节点承载力最小,对悬臂梁段翼缘进行加厚处理可明显降低梁柱焊缝处的应力水平;在往复循环荷载作用下,加强型带悬臂梁段嵌入式节点滞回环面积最大,节点承载力及初始刚度最大,可实现塑性铰外移;嵌入式全螺栓连接节点与栓焊混合连接节点的力学性能无明显差别,耗能能力较好,但承载力及刚度退化均较严重。
To study the mechanical properties of beam-column connection with cantilever beam under different connection types, the static and quasi-static finite element analysis are carried out on four kinds of joints with different connection forms of cantilever beam, the bearing capacity, stress distribution of important path, failure mode, hysteresis curve, energy dissipation capacity, frame curve and stiffness degradation of joints are analyzed. The results show that the embedded joint with cantilever beam has reliable connection, certain bearing capacity and good energy dissipation capacity;Under monotonic load, the bearing capacity of the reinforced embedded joint with cantilever beam is the largest,and the bearing capacity of the traditional butt joint with cantilever beam is the smallest. Thickening the flange of the cantilever beam can significantly reduce the stress level at the beam-column weld;Under the action of reciprocating cyclic load, the reinforced embedded joint with cantilever beam has the largest hysteretic ring area, the largest bearing capacity and initial stiffness of the joint, and the plastic hinge can be moved out;Embedded bolted and embedded bolt-welded hybrid connections have no obvious difference on the mechanical properties of the joint, and the energy dissipation capacity is better, but the bearing capacity and stiffness degradation are more serious.
