摘要
振动台试验能够真实的测试结构在地震作用下地真实响应。但由于实验室条件以及振动台性能的限制,在进行大型模型试验时无法对原尺寸结构进行加载,通常需要对原结构进行一定比例的缩尺。对原型结构缩尺之后,由于弹性模量等参数的改变,会导致缩尺模型的动力特性发生改变。另外,缩尺模型材料的选用也会造成试验结果的误差。主要依托某钢结构电视塔为研究对象,研究了缩尺试验中的缩尺比例、材料选择、截面选定等问题。经过试验与有限元仿真对比验证,试验结构模型的动力特性与原型结构的动力特性误差在7%以内,实现了缩尺振动台试验对钢结构电视塔进行动力性能测试。
Shaking table test is a method which can test the true response of the structures under seismic excitation.However, due to the laboratory conditions and the limitations of the shaking table performance, the original size model needs to be scaled in the shaking table test. After the model scaling, the dynamic performances of the model are changed because of the changes in parameters such as the modulus of elasticity. In addition, the test errors are also influenced by the choice of materials for scale model. A steel television tower was taken as the research object in this work to investigate the scale ratio, the selection of material and section. The dynamic characteristic between the scale model and the prototype structure were compared by the shaking table test and finite element analysis, and the errors were within 7%. The scale shaking table test for dynamic performance of the steel television tower was implemented successfully.
