摘要
中建八局产业基地办公楼项目为五层框架结构,局部有二层裙房,结构总高19.4m。整个项目采用再生骨料混凝土。对此办公楼在相同配筋情况下分别采用普通混凝土与再生骨料混凝土在大震工况下进行对比分析;对再生骨料混凝土分析时所采用的弹性模量、强度设计值、材料的本构关系等参照再生骨料混凝土相关规范。罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性对比分析采用sap2000软件,通过对比分析再生骨料混凝土与普通混凝土在罕遇地震下的结果表明再生骨料混凝土在罕遇地震下的结构性能与普通混凝土有一定差别,当结构满足小震设计相关指标时通过适当的构造措施可满足罕遇地震情况下的相关安全指标。
The office building project of the Industrial Base of China Construction Bureau No.8 is a five-story frame structure with partial two-story podium. The total height of the structure is 19.4m. Recycled aggregate concrete is used throughout the project. Under the same reinforcement condition, ordinary concrete and recycled aggregate concrete are respectively used in the office building for comparative analysis under the condition of large earthquake. The elastic modulus, strength design value and material constitutive relationship used in the analysis of recycled aggregate concrete are referred to the relevant specifications of recycled aggregate concrete. Sap2000 software was used for dynamic elastoplastic comparative analysis under rare earthquakes. Through comparative analysis of recycled aggregate concrete and ordinary concrete under rare earthquakes, the results show that the structural performance of recycled aggregate concrete under rare earthquakes is different from that of ordinary concrete. When the structure meets the relevant indicators of small earthquake design, the relevant safety indicators of rare earthquake can be met by appropriate structural measures.
