摘要
某地下旋转设备可能引起4.9~11.1Hz的场地竖向振动,并引起建筑内的振动舒适度问题,而已有隔振措施针对这类低频振动的减振效果不佳。为此,评估了地下旋转设备运转对于周边建筑振动舒适度的影响以及采用调谐质量阻尼器进行控制的可行性。首先比较梳理已有规范中对于振动舒适度的要求,总结了便于评价地下旋转设备引起建筑振动的指标与换算关系;而后建立了地下旋转设备基础-土体-桩基-上部结构耦合的有限元模型。通过有限元模拟了周边建筑在地下旋转设备荷载作用下的稳态动力响应。通过计算分析结果与规范限值进行比较,得到了楼板竖向加速度响应的不利位置、频率、频段宽度。结果表明采用调谐质量阻尼器可以有效控制由场地传播至建筑楼板的低频振动。
An underground rotating equipment may cause 4.9~11.1Hz ground vertical vibration and cause vibration comfort problems in the building. However, most vibration isolation measures are not effective for this kind of low-frequency vibration. Therefore, this paper evaluates the impact of underground rotating equipment operation on the vibration comfort of surrounding buildings and the feasibility of using the tuned mass damper for control. Firstly, the requirements for vibration comfort in the existing specifications are compared and combed. The index and conversion relationship for evaluating the vibration caused by underground rotating equipment is obtained. Then the finite element model with equipment foundation, soil, pile, and superstructure is established. The steady-state dynamic response of surrounding buildings under centrifuge load is simulated. Compared with the limit value of the code, the adverse position,frequency location, and frequency bandwidth of the vertical acceleration response of the floor are obtained. The results show that the tuned mass damper can effectively control the low-frequency vibration transmitted from the ground to the building floor.
