摘要
本工程平面呈中空的不规则四边形,建筑主要特点为主楼的立面竖向不贯通,形成立面中空的连体建筑。该项目整体结构由四个塔楼+五个连体交错组成,采用钢框架-中心支撑+连体钢桁架体系,为具有不规则性质的复杂错层大跨多连体结构。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,根据构件的重要程度采用不同的性能目标。通过小震反应谱法弹性分析和弹性时程分析、中大震等效弹性分析以及大震弹塑性分析可知,结构整体和构件的抗震性能达到设计的预期目标,并根据结构的具体受力状况对关键构件进行了局部加强。此外,对连体桁架和塔楼连接节点、连体部分楼板的舒适度以及整体结构的抗连续倒塌进行了补充分析。
With a hollow and irregular quadrilateral plane figure, the project involves a connected building, whose main feature is the discontinuous vertical facades. The overall structure of the project is composed of four towers and five conjoined structures, using concentrically braced steel frame and conjoined truss system, which is a complex staggered large-span multi-conjoined structure. Performance-based seismic design method is adopted, and different performance targets are selected according to their importance. Based on the elastic response spectrum, the elastic time-history analysis under small earthquakes, the equivalent elastic analysis under medium and large earthquakes, and the elasto-plastic analysis under large earthquakes, the seismic performance of the building and its components can reach the expected design targets. Also, the key elements have been strengthened according to the specific performance of the structure. Supplementary analyses include the analysis for nodes connecting the conjoined truss and the tower, vibration comfort of the conjoined structure, and progressive collapse prevention of the whole structure.
