摘要 为了提高隧道围岩的安全稳定与质量要求,同时结合铁路隧道施工特点,对微台阶开挖方式及爆破设计进行研究,按照“弱爆破、短进尺、强支护、早封闭、勤量测”的原则,将全断面、短台阶相结合,利用一个开挖台架同时完成上下导的掘进,缩短工序件的衔接时间差,同时为后续仰拱施工提供更大的作业面,减少人员、设备窝工,从根本上杜绝安全隐患。 In order to improve the safety,stability and quality requirements of the surrounding rock of the tunnel,combined with the construction characteristics of railway tunnels,the micro-step excavation method and blasting design are studied.According to"weak blasting,short footage,strong support,early closure,frequent measurement"The principle of combining full-section and short steps,using an excavation platform to complete the excavation of the upper and lower guides at the same time,shorten the connection time difference between the process parts,and at the same time provide a larger working surface for the subsequent inverted arch construction,reduce personnel and equipment nests work,and fundamentally eliminate potential safety hazards.
